Basic Balsamic Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon-style mustard
  • salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients and store, refrigerated, in an airtight bottle.
